We were pleasantly surprised by the location of Palacky, as it was conveniently situated near the attractions we wanted to visit. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view from the balcony, and the staff at the reception, especially one particular guy, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good, and we enjoyed the variety of food available. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Palacky.

The location is excellent- exactly at the heart of the city next to the colonade. The staff was very helpful when we arrived.

The rooms coudl have been better prepared (we did not have toilet paper and the carpet was very dirty at one spot). Because it was the festival week I asked in advance to have a parking place reserved, however when we arrived the receptionist send us to a parking place behind the city that we by chance found was full before we left the hotel and only then started to look for another free spot. We were "lucky"to find place at one neigbourhood hotel, but the whole thing took us one hour of our time.

There was no warm water in the evening,we have asked why there is no water,receptionist has said they will improve it. But water was cool all the evening.It was not comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the kind receptionist who not only helped me find parking, but also directed me to a spot right next to the riverbank. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, allowing me to easily walk to everything. The view from my balcony on the top floor was wonderful. The building itself had a nice charm to it. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and the breakfast provided was good.

This hotel was beautiful. The staff were very kind and welcoming and he view from our room was incredible! Everything was clean and secure. It was a perfect hotel for a romantic get away to Karlovy Vary.

I was impressed by the kindness and great service provided by the receptionist boy - I think his name is Michal - and the waiters.

Great value deal for a four-night Christmas stay, including breakfast. The location was centrally located, making it easy to explore all the interesting places. The room and bathroom were spacious, and we had a beautiful view from the window.

The furniture in the room was worn and didn't work properly. There were no locks between rooms and in the bathroom, which was quite uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful time at this place. The location is excellent, close to the cable car and in the most beautiful part of the city. The service is really nice, especially the guy at the reception who is incredibly friendly. The staff were all nice and kind. The amenities provided in the rooms are great, from the in-room safe to the soundproofed rooms. The restaurant offers a wide range of delicious food and the bar/lounge area is a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. we highly recommend this venue to family and friends.

I had such a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to walk to all the interesting places nearby. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff that took care of all my needs. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where I could enjoy the stunning city view. During our recent stay, we were delighted by the hotel's excellent location close to the central theatre and the museum of modern art. Our spacious room was very clean and cozy with a lovely view of the canal. The bathroom was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and made our check-in and check-out process fast and hassle-free.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with limited options and poor quality sausages.

During my New Year break, I stayed at a hotel in a central location near the canal and plenty of restaurants. The two-day stay was reasonably-priced and the room was clean, comfortable, and offered a nice balcony view of the street.

The hotel lacked amenities such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The TV had few channels and there were no facilities for hot drinks in the room.

Great Location and Breakfast

During our city break, we stayed at a hotel that was situated in the heart of the town. The hotel provided us with an excellent location, which was close to many exciting places that we wanted to explore. One of the best things we found was the delicious breakfast served every day. We could enjoy various types of food, including yoghurt, eggs, fresh vegetables, cheese and ham, and freshly baked cakes. It was definitely a perfect way to start our day!

Some of the amenities in the room were quite old and in need of replacement. The bedding and towels were not changed frequently, and we noticed some of them were torn.

I stayed at Palacky and had a comfortable room with a big bathroom. The only issue was a noisy kitchen extractor, but the receptionist assured me it would stop by 10 o'clock, and it did. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions in Karlovy Vary by foot.
